This website (the “Site”) is operated by Summa Our Creatives, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site offers handcrafted baby quilts and related products (the “Products”).

By accessing or purchasing from this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase Products.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of changes.

Our store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our Products.

SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence.

You may not use our Products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site or Products without written permission.

SECTION 3 – HANDCRAFTED PRODUCT DISCLOSURE

All quilts sold by Summa Our Creatives, Inc. are individually designed, cut, and sewn by hand. They are not mass-produced or computer-quilted by automated long-arm machinery.

Because each quilt is handcrafted, the following characteristics may occur and are not considered defects:

• Slight variations in stitching alignment
• Visible thread transitions where bobbins or thread spools were changed
• Backstitching or reinforcement stitching in high-stress areas
• Minor differences in seam width
• Subtle variations in fabric placement or layout
• Natural irregularities inherent to textile printing

Thread joins, double stitching, or reinforcement stitching are structural features that ensure durability and longevity. These elements are part of the handmade construction process and contribute to the strength and integrity of each quilt.

Each quilt is one-of-a-kind. Variations are intentional and inherent to artisan craftsmanship and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS & COLOR VARIATION

We strive to display product images and colors accurately. However, screen displays vary, and we cannot guarantee color accuracy across devices.

All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes.

SECTION 5 – ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and shipping information.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & RISK OF LOSS

Shipping timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.

SECTION 7 – NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind nature of our quilts, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us in writing within 72 hours of confirmed delivery at [email protected] and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

Special circumstances may be reviewed individually at our sole discretion. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval.

Failure to notify us within 72 hours constitutes acceptance of the product as delivered.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site, including quilt designs, photography, logos, graphics, and text, is the property of Summa Our Creatives, Inc.

No content may be reproduced or used without written permission.

SECTION 9 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All Products and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

SECTION 10 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Summa Our Creatives, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or Products.

SECTION 11 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Summa Our Creatives, Inc. from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of law.

SECTION 12 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

We may terminate access to the Site if you violate these Terms.
