Refund & Return Policy

Each quilt is individually handcrafted and uniquely composed. Because of the one-of-a-kind nature of these pieces, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your quilt arrives with verified damage caused during transit, you must notify us within 72 hours of confirmed delivery at [email protected] and provide clear photographs of:

The outer packaging

The shipping label

The quilt itself

All damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Resolution may include repair, partial credit, or refund upon return, if applicable.

Failure to report damage within 72 hours or to retain original packaging may result in denial of the claim.
